Yellow Turmeric Latte Recipe

8 oz Almond or Coconut Milk

1/4 teaspoon Tumeric Powder

4 peppercorns crushed or a 2-3 turns on a fresh pepper mill

2" piece minced ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon cinnamin poweder(optional)

1/4 teaspoom vanilla powder (no sugar)

1 tablespoon Mct oil ( I like bulletproof brand)

raw honey for for sweetness

add a teaspoon of Cordyseps for energy or a teaspoon of Reishi for calming

or 1 teaspoon of Laird superfood creamer with Functional mushrooms

If you want a premixed one I love Four Sigmatic's Golden Milk latte with Turkey tail for added imminity defense

Heat milk in frother, mix the herb mixture in a pot of boiling water and let simmer a few minutes to get all the flavors add the raw honey. poor is a mug and add the warmed millk. sprinkle cinnamon or tumeric on top and enjoy.
