Smashed Avo Toast
Get a good clean gluten-free bread. I like Young Cobras gluten-free sourdough.
1 Avocado perfectly ripe
juice of 1/2 of lime
1 tablespoon EVO
1 table spoon chia seeds
1 radish- super thinly sliced
cherry tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
broccoli sprout
paprika
salt and pepper
Toast bread, mash avocado with a fork, add the oil, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
Top over toast, sprinkle paprika over avo mash, place 4-5 thin slices of radish on top and a few cherry tomatoes silces lengthwise in half.
I add a few broccoli sprouts on top for the nutrient boost!
