Almond Flour Superfood Waffle Recipe

Ingredients

3 Pasture Raised Eggs

1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract or Pure Vanilla Powder

1/2 teaspoon Stevia or Raw Honey

1 tablespoon flax seeds

6 oz Fresh Blueberries

1/2 cup Almond milk (malk brand or I make my own to avoid the added b.s.)

2 cups Almond Flour (blanched, finely ground)

1/4 teaspon Sea Salt

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

2 tablesppons Melted Unsaltd Butter or Avocado oil (for waffle maker)



Instructions

Heat the waffle maker.

Mix dry Ingredients

In a blender blend together the flax seeds and Blue Berries with the almond milk, then add the wet to the dry, If mixture is too dry add more milk or water.

Generously grease your waffle maker with butter or oil.

Poor the batter into the waffle maker, cook them for about 5 minutes, cooking time depends on waffle maker.

Top with Pure Maple Syryp

These are great fresh and hot and also freeze well and just pop them in the oven to reheat!!!!
